As part of Gosselin’s Control Tower team we support INEOS Project One by overseeing logistics, warehousing, and marshaling yards, from intricate components to large-scale shipments. We manage diverse operational demands with clarity and precision. Our focus on collaboration, adaptability, and execution helps drive the project’s ambitious industrial goals forward. We also supply skilled manpower for line item inspections and a variety of supporting tasks.
SECURITAS
We led the relocation of Securitas’ logistics headquarters ensuring seamless continuity of operations and delivery within a tight execution window. The project demanded strategic planning, deep logistics expertise, and hands-on leadership. This initiative was executed in close cooperation with their Purchase and Mobility Manager who shared the following:
